Our Story
Established in 2015, Hello Friends + Allies began with a simple vision: to create a welcoming space where great coffee, good food, and community could come together. What started as a fully functioning café quickly became a local favourite in Epsom. Rebuilt from the ground up to reflect the growth, personality, and heart of the people behind it. Today, it stands as a warm and modern space, proudly serving the community that helped shape it.
Somehow the food was as tasty as it was pretty! Had the FenuGreek potatoes (rich and flavorful) and my brother got the Wild Mushroom Medley and a mango frappe— we’d recommend.
The staff members were also lovely. On the way out, one gifted me Valentine’s Day flowers. It’s my first day in New Zealand and the bar has been set high!
Second time here and it didn't disappoint. Spent so long deciding what to order because everything looks so good! Matcha frappe was delish!
Have eaten here a couple of times. This has to be my favourite cafe to have breakfast at. Excellent food, excellent value for money, excellent service, fast service, and attentive service.
